Interior And Outer Surface Of The Body: The interior and outer surface of the body are made of steel plate segments which are hot galvanized and painted by oven drying with RAL 9010 white polyester in 25 µ thickness. The width of the steel plate is 1200 mm, sheet thickness is 0.50 mm and by clinch method, through compression of the segments that are formed like special clamps, bodies are produced waterproof, robust and mono-block. The surface of the body does not contain hair cracks and have resistant structure that is unbreakable, easy to repair, robust and resistant to outer environment conditions.
Wall And Ceiling Panel: The wall and ceiling panel is 80 mm in thickness (there is wood trailer supports inside) and the front wall panel is 100 mm in thickness (there is plywood support to carry the weight of the cooler unit inside). Polyurethane filling density is 50 (+/-2) Kg/m3 and panels are produced in mono-blocks by injecting polyurethane under press between the two surface sheets. Thanks to the structure of the sheet and mono-block polyurethane injection technology, it does not require additional steel frame. Therefore, it does not form a thermal bridge. It is light and robust.
Floor Panel: The floor panel is produced as mono-block by injecting polyurethane under press into the floor frame that is strengthened by placing special reinforcements and supports between plywood layers that are made of birch tree and 0.60 mm painted sheets. The thickness of the floor panel is 120 mm. The floor panel is light and long life, that is robust and not creating thermal bridge without using steel (with the exception of chassis connection fish plates placed in the plywood) thanks to its composite structure that is provided by plywood that is adhered in layers and by polyurethane injection technology.
Floor Surface Cover: Plywood that is used on the body floor surface is primed by epoxy in order to provide full sealing and increase surface endurance and the outside surface is covered by easy clean and durable epoxy. The cover thickness is minimum 3 mm. Optionally, tempered aluminium in T form or omega structure or Cr-Ni sheet may be used on the floor of the body.
Rear Doors: Rear doors are composed of 80 mm aluminium frame and double row double lip rubber gasket that is integrated to the frame, stainless AISI 304 quality joints and locks. Doors are produced by injecting polyurethane under press along with door support sheets and frame. Edges of the door gasket are merged by boiling under a mould. No adhesive is used. Wings of the door can be open up to 270° and can be fixed to the side walls by using stainless supports.The frame of the back door is 3 mm in thickness and its edges are reinforced by welding inside and made of 304 quality Cr-Ni sheet metal.
Installation Of The Body: Panels that are produced by KIT technology (dismounted) will be merged by the aluminium side profiles that are 4.5 mm in thickness and 120x120 mm in size covered with eloxal by using double component adhesives and will be reinforced by using mono-bolt stainless fasteners.
Lighting And Warning: Bodies are lightened by ceiling armatures that are integrated in the ceiling 3 pieces; there are red warning lights mounted on the rear door body, there is white warning lights mounted on the front panel, there are yellow reflectors mounted on the side panels and rear door reflectors and LONG VEHICLE warning plates.
Interior Protection Bars And Hygienic Accessories: There is skirting and impact barriers used on the body wall panels and interior sides of the doors as single row, 120 mm in height all made of reinforced aluminium. On the walls and wall ceiling joints there are special hygienic accessories that are rounded, made of PVC.
