The Ecofrigo truck bodies are manufactured using the German technology in the European norms by Kit (Disassembled*) technology in its factories.

Kit manufacturing is result of the state of the art technology in the world developed by the extensive R & D and engineering works and facilities. The assembling process is quickly performed by Kit technology and the truck is delivered to the customer in a very short period. Fabrication pre-painted galvanized sheet [plate] used in the interior and exterior surfaces are warranted against rust and corrosion. Since it is manufactured by employing the Kit (Disassembled) technology, it is relatively lighter. The fact that the truck body is light is both fuel cost saving and increases the load carrying capacity of the vehicle. Polyurethane of 70 - 42 kg / m³ in density, which has the lowest heat transmission, is used as the insulation material. A superior level of heat insulation is achieved by the polyurethane injection technology under pressure.
